Terre di Voci – A Choral Workshop of World Music and Vocal Improvisation

🎶 A new concept of choir: Terre di Voci is part choir, part choral improvisation workshop.

🌍 DESCRIPTION

Twice a month, starting at the end of November, we’ll meet for a musical journey through songs of the world — exploring vocal traditions, rhythms, and harmonies from different countries and cultures, with a repertoire inspired by world music and beyond.
Alongside the repertoire, we’ll dive into choral improvisation — using circlesinging and rhythm with signs as a common language to develop listening, presence, musical creativity, and expressive freedom.
This workshop is an invitation to sing together and to rediscover the joy of choral singing as a practice that nourishes body, mind, and heart.
Choral singing opens us to deep listening and connection; collective improvisation trains trust, presence, and the ability to create together — transforming each meeting into an experience of joyful co-creation.

🌿 WHO IT’S FOR

This choral workshop is open to anyone who loves to sing and wishes to experience music as a space for meeting, listening, and growth.
It’s designed for those who want to rediscover their voice, explore new sounds and vocal languages, and be moved by the collective power of shared singing.

The project draws inspiration from world songs — musical traditions born from the heart of communities — and carries the vision that singing can be a bridge between cultures, stories, and sensibilities.

Singing together thus becomes an act of connection and care — a way to honor the roots of each song while creating something new and alive in the present.
Every voice contributes to a greater story, where harmony is born from mutual listening, play, and the freedom to create together.
