Vocal Impro workshop in Prague

Giulia Matteucci is a leading figure in the contemporary vocal improvisation scene. She weaves together voice, attention, and live group interaction. In the Czech Republic, her approach and work can be experienced for the very first time.

In her practice, Giulia explores the voice as a tool for communication, play, and discovery, without the need for prior musical training. She creates a safe and open space where music can arise spontaneously from the present moment and from mutual listening.

During her time in Prague, Giulia will offer open evening vocal improvisation sessions and a weekend workshop, drawing on the practice of Collective Vocal Improvisation
