In today's fast-paced world, it's easy to lose touch with our inner rhythms, constantly moving from one activity to the next. But when we intentionally slow down, we create space to reconnect with what truly matters: our breath, our body, our emotions, and the present moment. ✨ In this space of stillness, transformation happens. We can listen to the whispers of our intuition, experience deeper connections with others, and find harmony within ourselves. 🌸

This retreat will be an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and explore the power of sound, voice, and body, embracing the natural rhythm that surrounds us. 🌱

I am honored to collaborate with:
💆‍♀️ Irene Davitti – cosmetic formulator and holistic practitioner. She will offer holistic and aromatherapy rituals that will awaken the senses and allow you to connect intimately with yourself through the body's largest and most perceptive organ: the skin.

🎵 Silvia Cacopardi & Maja Roch – psychologists and musicians. They will introduce you to the sounds of the handpan and the wavedrum with their deep vibrations and how these facilitate self-awareness and reconnection with the self.

With me, as a vocal improviser and circlesinging facilitator, we will explore our voice and body as a source of sound and a tool for connection. We will encounter sound as vibration, and explore intuitive movement and harmony.

Together, we will guide you through an immersive experience of sound, touch, and self-discovery. 🎶✨
