On this unique 6 night retreat, you will be guided on a transformative voice journey into the heart of presence, led by expert singers and facilitators, Kate Smith of The Embodied Voice, and Olivia Preye of Voice Yoga.

With sessions on mantra, somatics and the singing body, creative expression and vocal improvisation - we will be learning about voice technique and the body, we will learn how to improvise with our voices and bodies, we will learn about classical Indian devotional singing.

BUT! These are just tools to achieve something more profound - a deep connection with ourselves, the world around us, with each other - a connection which manifests in a soft curiosity, generosity, a feeling of centeredness, a clarity and ease of existence. This is about the incredibly important practice of being HERE and NOW, dancing with uncertainty, welcoming in the flow of life, and opening to all the complexity of being human.
