Your voice is the instrument in a welcoming circle of grooves, harmonies and melodies, created in the moment. The SongRise Improv Choir is a joyful mix of circle singing and spontaneous collaboration. It is open to anyone who loves to sing and is ready for something different.
New singers will learn about improvisation. Experienced singers will have the chance to step in and solo. You will sharpen your ears, deepen your listening and be amazed at the music we create out of nothing.
The SongRise Improv Choir runs Tuesdays in Vancouver. It's a community and a way of being. Come to one or all sessions! Check songrise.ca for exact dates.
