On Saturday 7th December Form&Flow Somatic Therapy & Coaching will host a 3-hour open session with Alessio Castellacci.
"I will guide the group into gentle somatic exercises to connect with the vocal body, the breathing body and the moving body with a sense of self-care and curiosity.
From this state of receptivity we will then activate more energetic and playful modes of voicing alone and together, sensing the many colours of our voices, and plunge into guided vocal improvisations and spontaneous circle songs, following their unfolding.
The session is open to anybody, you don't need any specific musical training to join in, just the desire to play with voice impulses in a group setting. Bring open hearts and ears!"

LANGUAGE: English with Czech translation if needed
