This workshop, based in Musica do Circulo, will also include group songs - songs that open our hearts and minds..... and will include some yoga, stretching and meditation.
It is open to everyone, no previous experience is needed except the willingness to meet and immerse yourself in the joy of making music and connecting deeply with others
The goal is to heal..... as we create connection, community and creativity. Let's open to the music that already LIVES in you.... we can allow more creativity into our hearts and souls.
There will be musical games & exercises, “body music” and certainly a good dose of musical improvisation and fun.
