Aleksander has led improv circles for 4+ years, creating a space of trust and freedom. No musical education needed—beginners and pros welcome.

You'll get:

Michelle’s intuitive playing with crystal bowls, gongs, and other instruments creates calming vibrations that relax the nervous system, release tension, and restore harmony.

Lie down, relax, and let the sound gently integrate what was revealed through your voice.

Session includes:
- Guided meditation
- 1-hour sound bath
- Closing reflections and sharing
