The Singing Tribe – one day immersion

What if, for just one day, you could step outside of modern life and remember something ancient?

Imagine somewhere beyond time and place, where singing wasn’t a performance but a way of connecting, working, celebrating, grieving, resting and belonging. A place where every voice had a place and everyone was welcome.

The Singing Tribe is an immersive day of shared voice, imagination and connection. Throughout the day we’ll gently build trust as a group through playful vocal exploration, creature language, movement, listening and simple singing practices. There is no pressure to perform and no previous singing experience is needed—just curiosity and a willingness to join in as much or as little as feels right.

Together we’ll create a safe, supportive community where everyone can relax into their own authentic voice.

After lunch, you’ll be invited into the Singing Village, originally created by Guillermo Rozenthuler—an immersive guided experience inspired by our earliest human communities. The space is transformed into different areas of village life: places for work, music-making, play, rest, healing and ritual, with a central sacred space bringing us together.

As the afternoon unfolds, we’ll explore the village through song, improvisation and shared experience, allowing the imagination to transport us to a world that feels both ancient and strangely familiar. There is no script to follow; instead, the experience unfolds organically as we sing, listen and respond to one another.

We’ll end the day with time to gather, reflect and integrate the experience before returning to the present.

Expect plenty of singing, moments of stillness, laughter, creativity and deep connection. Whether you come alone or with friends, you’ll be welcomed into the tribe.
