ABOUT THE RETREAT
This July we meet again at Potkávárna in Czechia, at the border with Germany and Poland, for a 5-day retreat immersed in the magical nature of the forests, meadows and green hills. The retreat invites you to a journey of intimacy with your body, voice, senses and natural surroundings. By reconnecting ourselves with the elements we will tune in with our subtle vibration and with the inner voices which ask to be heard, but cannot find yet their own free expression.

MORNING AND AFTERNOON SESSIONS
We will alternate working between the intimate yoga studio / the tepee tend and the wild nature surroundings. The indoor sessions will be focused on connecting with the vocal body, exploring your individual voices, learning primal melodic structures of traditional folk songs with Irena. The indoor work with Alessio will focus on practicing the foundation tools of CVI (Collaborative Vocal Improvisation), as an art form that brings individuals together in a circle to celebrate the present moment of collective aliveness.
In the outdoor sessions the participants will be guided to explore singing with the elements, humming/tuning with the streams of river or rain, resonating with the trees and the soil, singing with the fire, experiencing the significance of our voices in the vastness of nature.

RESTING TIME
Each day there will be a lunch break followed by a siesta to rest and enjoy free time.
