THE SING & GROOVE RETREAT

Hey friend, are you a freedom-loving singer looking for your tribe?

Time has come. We gonna GROOVE!

Join us for four days of Circle Songs, vocal improvisation, movement, free dance, voice activation, songwriting and lots of soulful music - with Zeyla Tomlyn and special guest Lucian Contiu on African drums.

Zeyla learned Circle Singing from Bobby McFerrin and Roger Treece, one of Bobby’s closest collaborators.

Her own approach brings together Circle Songs with her love for funk, gospel and African grooves.

And a lot of DANCE and PLAY!

This retreat goes one step further:

We are going to write our own song together and RECORD IT!

The plan is to feature the final recording on Zeyla’s upcoming album.

Throughout the retreat we’ll explore:

Circle Songs • Vocal Improv • Free Dance • Voice Activation • Songwriting • Voice Magic • Improvisation • Groove • The voice as a healing tool • Meditation • Intention setting

All of this happens in a beautiful place in the Carpathian Mountains in Transylvania, with incredible vegan food and a group of humans who know that singing and being together makes the world more beautiful.

This retreat is for hobby, amateur and professional singers with a good sense of rhythm and melody.

Activities will be professionally filmed and recorded. If you don't want to appear in the movie, let us know!
