Discover your Voice – Family Retreat

A three-day professionally-led retreat for Teens and young adults ages 13 - 22 and their parents/grandparents/godparents (optional, but encouraged).
This weekend gathering is designed to increase confidence in self-expression and playfully discover and recover the use of our voices and our musical intelligence with family and community.
We invite you to connect with your intuition and discover how sound and voice reflects the conscious and unconscious within ourselves. We will experience how to confidently bring forth what we truly wish to communicate.

Participants will explore the theme of individual expression in harmony with one’s self and others through reflections in nature, self-reflection exercises and creative self-expression in the form of improv vocalization, circle-singing, movement, storytelling, and interactive art experiments embodying our authentic voices.
