Who are we becoming, when we dare to show up in a playful and creative way, sharing our presence, being willing to receive attention? What kind of flow of attention can we weave through our moving and sounding ? What kind of playgrounds can we discover ? Playing Our Inner Orchestra ….Each of us carries many inner voices. In this workshop, we learn to conduct them, play with them, and weave them into a shared soundscape of melody, rhythm, silence and movement.
