Location: DNA Café Bar - 101 Kingsland High St, London E8 2PB (Very close to Dalston Kingsland and Dalston Junction Overground Stations)
Time: Sunday, 8th February, 3PM–5:30 PM (including a 15-minute break)
Investment: £20 (£25 Supporter and £15 low-income options are available)
Notes: The DNA Café Bar is a lovely venue run by friends. The event space is located downstairs and accessible via a flight of stairs. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely, and arrive on time—we’ll begin promptly after a short welcome.

The session will include both seated and standing/moving activities. Chairs and sofas will be provided, and you’re welcome to adapt the exercises to your needs, choosing whether to sit or stand at any point.
